I'v only used this program 3 times. I just did it again after a clean install of Windows too. When I change the icons, everything works fine except one icon. My Music folder Icon stays windows default, when everything else is something different.
Why does this happen and how can I fix this???

You can change the MyMusic icon manually. Don't know why IconPackager won't do it.

Open My Music\desktop.ini in notepad.
Replace:

IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll
IconIndex=-237

with (adjust the path to your icon, of course):

IconFile=D:\Icons\music.ico
IconIndex=0

I know this is an old thread but I'm having the same problem with IconPackager. My Music folder won't change from the default XP folder icon. I tried the above after uninstalling UP and it worked. Then I installed IP and it won't work anymore. Is there any other way to get around this?

have you tried to use IP to specifically set an icon for your 'My Music' folder. Or have you just loaded an icon pack?

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
