Icon Sets in ICL Format

Recently downloaded a set of icons, with a .icl extension. What program handles this type of file? How do I get these icons to replace my current ones?

.icl stands for Icon Library, it's a file.

Iconshop will let u do what you want with them

Or when you browse to replace the icon at the bottom it will have File Types. Then choose libraries then navigate to where the .ICL is.

Then all the icons in the library willl show in the box.
