i question about using norton ghost and upgrading hard drive.

can i use norton ghost to backup my hard drive then take that hard drive out to put a new one in? when i put the new one in, will i be able to restore the backup image on the new hard drive and everything work like it was on the old drive.

i hope i said it right. im tired as hell right now and my mind aint right.
