Just thought I'd give a quick update. I got everything built and delivered to the girl today. Very happy with the machine, I'd probably build the same thing for myself. If anyone's interested, I'll post the parts list when I have a few free minutes.

it was a good system. And cool, cool, cool. Fairly quiet except for the NB fan. Told her that I'd replace it with a heatsink if it bothers her.

the best board is the dfi lan party 7 slots..2 pci-e 16x and 1 pci-e 4x..939...4 mem slots..great board for a good price $135
