tell it to overwrite the files each time the .BAT file is executed??
Also how do I tell it to copy to a tape drive, cause it doesn't show up in explorer or my computer but it's in device manager?

When it comes to the copy part, use the /Y switch and it will overwrite the file without asking.

Concerning the tape issue, I don´t have a clue.....🙁

Hope this will help a bit at least
