Hey...i just got done fixin a computer i built for my best friend since they download so much crap it messed the computer up big time. Anyway...they had a Gforce 4 Mx440 and i had a ATI rage 128 pro so i swticed graphic cards since they dont use there computer cept for downloading and stuff. So now i have a new graphics card. Right now i am download new drivers cause when i tried to install the ones from the cd onto my friends computer it kept makin xp restart. So i hope the new drivers work on mine since i dont wanna try the ones from cd.

Heh, I would have taken a free graphics card. The old, old TNT2 M64 in our desktop at home died two days ago. Just replaced it with a basic Radeon 7000 yesterday.

Well...i took a risk and installed the drivers from the cd and they worked . I wasnt gonna download a 12mb file.

cause they wouldnt notice since they r really slow with computers. I have noticed that websites r comin up slow now. even tho i am connected at what i always connect

Why does downloading things mess up a PC? Isn't that what PC's are for? I have

a CD writer. The PC company said this is so I can put everything on CD's and

download more.

well...they download bad stuff and went to porno sites and download fake files from kazaa. they dont bother lookin at what they download. They didnt have a firewall,ad ware remover,virus scanner, or any updates.


also...might change back since my internet pages r comin up slower since i have installed the card.
