There is a registry setting that defines the name in the title bar for default i.e. pages
Start/Run/Regedit
1 Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
2 Modify/Create the Value Name [Window Title] according to the Value Data listed below.
Data Type: REG_SZ [String Value]
Value Name: Window Title
Value Data: [Enter The Text Desired In Title Bar]
3 Exit Registry and Reboot
