I cant Resize Jpegs only Bitmaps?? what happened?

Ive had this problem for a while now, but just realized that Its only the Jpegs i cant resize when you right click. When you download powertools it give you an option to resize picture just with a right click. It worked find forever. Now all of a sudden all the computers on my network can no longer resize jpegs. Bitmaps still work! ANy Ideas? Yes I reinstalled power tools and all that good stuff!

Try this it may work.

Try adding these 2 REG_SZ values to the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.jpg
PerceivedType = "image"
Content Type = "image/jpeg"

also try to download and install the stand alone Image Resizer program at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
