As long as you've got a good ant-virus running real-time you should be okay. When norton picks up on something for me and I know it's denied access, I'll research it and delete the temporary internet files before I do my system scan, that way I don't have to worry about it getting launched from that folder by script from another website or something.

Weird, I just remembered I had a dream that I got a virus where my start menu button would scream banzai at will, eventually found out it had been installed by some other product I couldn't remember, then chasing it around my screen trying to close it.

I need to get out of this place.
