Techzones is an affiliate of NTFS and a great bunch of people. The Orbits Template is available for anyone to purchase. I think Techzones might have had the skin up first if I remember correctly.

With respect to who was copying who.

We purchased and used the Orbitz theme for the forums first, they ported it to their frontpage first while I finalised ekko, then MdSalih and I ported ours. I would say our port is better, but I am biased and it depends on what suits the site.
