How do u increase the virtual memory because i tried to install Adobe photoshop 6.0 it says "Director Player 5.0" This program requires at least 3 mb of free virtual memory to run.

You could go into your registry and do a search for:-
PagingFiles
You will find three, just change the DATA to suit.
Just as a matter of interest, this is where you will find them:-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
PagingFiles
