How to upload with frontpage XP/2002

Can somebody please tell me how to upload in frontpage XP/2002?

yeah i know that, but for the http or ftp, how do i use that if i want to upload to an angelfire domain?

Your best bet would be to find a host that supports Frontpage Server Extentions. You would then be able to upload using HTTP. I know for a fact that hypermart.net supports server extentions, as I have used this host myself.
