how to update flash player

man, adobe flash player is killing me, it CONTINUES to crash ie7, right in the middle of a game of chess too

I can't figure out how to upate the thing

It should automatically update.

Version 9.0.28.0 is the newest.

There is a flash removal tool , that adobe uses to completely remove itself. This problem has ben cropping upo with me too. Once you run the removal tool, you should be able to reinstall flash and have it work.

I found that you have to install it threw the stand alone version.
