how to stop search from address bar?

so, I have everything clicked off, I went into tools, advanced, unclicked search from address bar

I turned off the phishing filter

but at least a few times a day this friggin address bar tries to do a google search on something redicuous like forum.osnn.net/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=9 and obvioulsy it gives me a google "your out of luck pal"

I can't figure out how to turn it off
