How to rename recycle bin ??

Please excuse me if this was posted before but i didn't see it. I know how to rename the recycle bin using windows 98 but not in windows XP. Does anyone know how? TIA 😀

Unzip the reg file from the attachment and merge it into the registry. Now you can rename the bin.
