How to rename a lot of folders in one go

Hello

I need a way to rename a couple of hundred folders from for instance

2009_01_01 to 20090101

Is there an easy way to do this?

drag them all into a folder, hit edit, select all, right click to rename, windows will sequence the name you pick

use trial version of total commander it will do what you need
