I own a Canon camera. I have the driver and the program installed. It is not working properly at the moment, so I would like to remove the driver and have windows install it new. How do I do that?

Thanks

Sune

Start / Run

C:\WINDOWS\system32\devmgmt.msc

expand + imaging devices

Right click on Cannon & uninstall

Thank you for the quick reply. I looked there, but it is not listed there. Right now it seems like it is my mobo there is something wrong with. My parents pc accepted the camera right away. My pc won't even acknowledge that something is connected to it. :( I think I am going to reinstall. :( Then we will see what happens.

Try Going to System (At control Panel) thenHardwar and click Device manager, find the camera in the devices and doble click it, go to the driver tab, the last botton there is Uninstall.

Thanks Benny. But that is the same thing as above. :)
Thanks though.

Was just looking where to find my camera in devicemanager. Mine (it's a Sony) is listed under drives and only if plugged in and switched on.

Thanks. :) Mine is not listed eventhough those are applied.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
