If you're running XP Pro on NTFS then you can right click on the folder and secure it however you want so only you can put stuff in it using a password (that you oughta write down). If it's a system folder... dunno if that's a good idea.
Nope, fat32 does not support advanced file permissions. There might be a workaround by locking the user out maybe...Just convert to NTFS...everyones doing it..you know you wanna
