Many people dont have the UK or USA version...ie..french and other Euro countries but if your fed up with crashes and reduced server support you can patch you game to version 1.1 by doing the following it works i tried it out open regedit.
navigate to hkey_local_machine>software>eagames>Medal of Honor Allied Assault>1.1.12.xxx.
replace the xxx with 200 for the us version then exit regedit,now apply the usa patch then reboot.
Play game hope to see you online !!.
