how to locate Microsoft ADPCM codec in vista?

well my message pretty says it all.. i need to know how to find Microsoft ADPCM codec for vista.. i have seen the solution for windows XP but i need to translate it into Vista form as they have different interfaces...

any help is appreciated, ty!
