How to get tm and (r) (read post please)

#1
Bit of a stupid subject, but I have no way of explaning it in one line.
I've seen a thread with the tm-mark in superscript. How do you get that?
Also, I have seen a post (second post) with the (R) symbol (that is an R with a circle around it). How you you get that? I've checked the vb-help section, but no help (about this) there.

You basically use Character map
Start>Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Character Map

Copy the symbol you want and post it in your message.

Cool, it works. But do you also know how to get this without copy/paste? Something like [superscript]tm[/superscript] or something or [tm]?
