How to fool computer/web in to thinking its from USA

I'd like to trick my pc/web to thinking I'm connecting from USA, there is quite a few sites that wont allow access from any other than USA, for instance;

http://dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing

You'll need to use a proxy to view the ABC streams. Worked for me

Yep, like speedy said; You need proxy to do it. You can google search for a slew of free one. As a note: It might slow your connection speed down considerably.

I can probably elaborate on this; you have about a 99.9% chance that it will considerably reduce your connection speed. Other than that a Proxy will work however.
