how to disable the lock after a suspend

How do you have to disable the account lock after a suspend of your system. Each time that I suspend my system and tries to resume - my system resumes with a locked account.

How to disable this ?

right click on a blank spot on your desktop and click properties, then goto the screensaver tab and click the power button. under the advanced tab uncheck the box labeled "Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby"
