How to delete shortcuts ?

I have Windows XP installed on my PC and have created 3 user accounts as follows:-

Dennis - Administrator
Ivan - Limited User
Kawaiyee - Limited User

Recently I have installed a program but all 3 users have the shortcut icons to the program which I have just installed. I have tried deleting them but each time I do, I just get an error message. Can anyone teach me how can I delete the shortcut icons from these user's desktop please? :blink:

The shortcut will probably be in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
just delete it from there or move it to the only users desktop that you want.
e.g. :
C:\Documents and Settings\Dennis\Desktop
