How to change XP CD accept all CDKEY?

What's parameter need to change in XP CD, to accept all type of CDKEY during installaion?
I find the CD come from HP PC can't accept my CDKEY.

I think you should phone HP Support in that case. This can be classed as very shady activity especially after Microsofts claims to crack down on piracy etc. As im pretty sure that this will be against the EULA.
