how to change the boot screen

does any one know how to change the default windows xp pro boot screen i have downloaded a different one but do not know how to install it
any help would be appreciated
p.s the boot screen not the logon screen

www.tgtsoft.com and download style XP with that program you can customize wallpaper,themes, visual styles and log on screens.

the best tool for this is BootXP.

if you're comfortable enought, you can edit the registry and change the boot image.

i dont mind editing the registry if some one would like to tell me how i would be very grateful
