How to change pie chart colour (Win98SE)

Does anyone know how to change the colour of the pie chart in "My Computer" in Windows 98SE. I've been tweaking my brothers comp and I have hidden the contents of My Comp in a similar manner to the "Windows" folder, ie you have to click a "Show Files" button to see the files.
Unfotunately I have chosen a H.R. Giger graphic which is mostly black and since the pie chart is grey with a black outline, its totally invisible. I do not want to change the graphic as it took a lifetime resizing it to fit. So any help in altering the pie chart would be most welcome.

OK I've figured out how to change the inside colouring (3D Objects in Appearance) but that still leaves the black outline, this definately needs changing.
Anyone ?

Hi there

Wow, never got around to thinking of that. I don't think you will have much look as Microsoft does not supply or indorse people to devlop it's code.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
