How to change Explorer Shortcuts?

I did a search through the forums, but couldn't find what I was looking for... Attached is a screenshot, I'm basically trying to find out how to change/reorder/replace/etc the shortcuts in explorer there... Any ideas?

you can use tweakUI from XP Powertoys to do this. See screenshots in this and the foloowing post to see how
