how remove HTML.Redlof.A virus

hello guys,
How do I remove this crap HTML.Redlof.A virus. after effected, My IE address bar got a crap which i don't know. I was trying to delete history, temp internet and so on. It still stay my IE address bar. But norton 2002 can't find this crap. Do u guys have any idea other than reformat the whoe thing. thanks

yes i did. I tried to scan whole hard drive. but it couldn't find any virus. the crap still there...any idea....
