Yes speedrayo, if a restore point was created while the computer was infected, that restore point will also be infected. Restoe can be a very useful tool, but if you want to delete the restore points, go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore, choose "Undo my last Restoration". Hopefully that will bring you back to before you were infected. You can disable System Restore by going to System Restore (as above), click "System Restore Settings" and tick the box "Turn off System Restore on all drives".
