i dont see it anywhere in add remove programs... and its driveing me nuts... every time i click on an email link windows brings it up.. and i have lotus notes for my email client...

go into internet options (programs) and specificy Notes as your email program, should stop OE coming up
if you really want to get rid of it, (if you have SP1 installed), go to "set program access and defaults" then custom then untick enable access to this program next to Outlook Express
