HOw do you change the background of a folder? I could do it in other versions of windows, but not windows xp

Actually, that's not entirely true. Although XP has no built-in background support for folders, I found this program that integrates into explorer, so when you click on "Customize This Folder" ... there is an additional tab that lets you select a background to display. Click a button, and voila! backgrounds in XP. 🙂
