hey, i am gonna do a unattened install of XP. I want to have the Program File dir on my D: partition, instead of its' default location on C:. I can't remember the line you put in the unattended.txt file
There is not an option to do this in an unattended installation. I do all of the RIS/unattended installation images for my company so I am not just telling you something that is unfounded. Your Program Files path is saved as a system variable "ProgramFiles" but that is about it. You may be able to change that path in environment variables but I am not quite sure. I know that it can not be done through unattended installation.
thanks Hipster. i already knew that you could change it after installing, just wondering if you could change it during the install. i only what windows on the c:\ partition.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
