I have a couple of small cosmetic changes I would like to make to XP

Firstly in the "My Computer" view is it possible to put extra folders in there as well as "My Documents" and "Shared Documents" like my mp3 folder for instance.

Also (and I have seen this done) how do I put sub dividers in my Start Menu to split-up sections in the same folder (ie sort games into genre).

Okay MikeTasker, Using Windows Explorer, go to, Drive Root/Documents and Settings/All users/Start Menu/Programs. Click on the Programs Folder (in the left pane). In the right pane, right click an empty space and choose New/Folder. Name that Folder "WebSites" for example. Drag all your website creating programs to that new folder (still in the right pane). Close Windows Explorer and go to Start/Programs, you should see your new folder with all your Website Programs in there. A good way to keep things tidy.

It's not that hard

Okay I got the folder on “My Computer” it’s not really that hard. I have exported the registry files needed to insert the folder, if anyone’s interested I’d be happy to post it with instructions on how to change the folder to one of your own (I use d:\My Music).

For the other tweak I want to perform, I actually want to put dividers in a folder list, not sub folders. Just like on this guys Start Menu (BloodLust's Desktop).

now now now, if my computor is on your desktop, just put the folder on your desktop, and drag it into my computor, then delete the folder from your desktop

Well it seems, I might be the only one able to drag a fo;der into my computor, BUT let me warn you, once you do get a folder into my computor, it's going to be very difficult to get it out, make sure that's where you want it, because it might be there forever after
