A teacher at our middle school is putting together an end of the year slid show and she wants to put an avi clip to the end of the presentation.

The clip is titled go home at the following url.

http://www.80s.com/saveferris/video.html

She is using Power Point in Office 2000.

Can this be done? If so, how?

It can !

In the upper bar go to "Insert" > "Video and Audio"
Choose "Video from file" and navigate to the folder of the dowlnoaded clip on your harddisk, select it.
It should be .avi, .wmv or .mpeg.
Same can be done with sounds / music. Should be .wav, .mp3 or wmf.

Don't know if i used the wright words. I'am Dutch ("video" could be "movie", etc).

Succes !

Any of the SP crew still out there?
