HOW CAN I change it ??

Welcome Screen

If you want to make your welcome screen say something besides "Welcome," then you'll have to get a new welcome screen. xp-erience has a few to choose from (or if you're really adventurous, you can try to make your own). You can use LoginUI to change your welcome screen to one that you've created or downloaded.
