basicaly i want my pc to think all of my music files which are located on my slave drive are actually in my ...\My Documents\My Music\ Folder! how can i do this?? the reason for this is because alot of the media players i use only catalog files in that specific folder

It's acctually possible to mount a drive in a folder in XP instead of giving it a drive letter. It's done in the Disk Manager. I think the folder you mount in has to be empty.

you can do this while in the command prompt:
subst X: C:\folder
this will make the X: drive, leading to the C:\folder.

If that was what you meant.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
