Not sure what you mean by "image", are you trying to restore, or are you looking to create a syspre-able image.
Either way, you can't with .GHS files. .GHS files are spans, and are useless without the associated .GHO file. Ghost caps out around 2.xGB per segment, and after the initial .GHO reaches that limit, it spans into as many .GHS files as needed until it's done.
If those are ALL spans related to GOLD.GHO, someone didn't apply compression when they were doing it. And, that's one HUGE image
