How can I change all icons???

[saqib]

I downloaded all icons from http://www.mmicons.com/ but now what should I do..cuz I have all *.ico files! Is there any programme which will replace all icons with the ones which I will say?
E-Icons is a good programme one but how can I add my own type in E-Icons?
