how 2 use the themes

Hi guys ,

how can i use the themes in xp (blue steel) ???

Do i have to use another software and if yes why do i have to use this other software??

The themes that you're picking up, like blue steel, are unsigned and XP won't run them. You have to disable that feature in the uxtheme.dll to run these themes. This can be done with the program StylesXP. All it does is hack the file mentioned earlier and then it's gone... it doesn't run in the background, at least the older version I got doesn't.
