Hotmail not working in Windows 98, after Windows XP

Hi guys,

A friend of mine has this problem with his hotmail. He cannot access hotmail .. It gives a "PAGE NOT FOUND ERROR" all the time..

It all started when he installed Windows XP...

Since the installation of Windows XP, Hotmail wont work under Windows 98 and also the Windows messenger is not working...

He dowloaded the MSN messenger and installed it under Windows 98, which is working fine. But the Windows Messenger wont work under Windows 98.


Anyone had a similar problem..?
Or know a possible solution for this problem.

upgrades suck. when going from 9x to XP. He should have done a clean install. A clean install will fix everything.
