Hotkey??

i wondering how to disable the use of hotkey?? especially that window icon button on the keyboard.... anyone :confused:
 
i think the program TweakUI can help you out there !

I think it can disable it.
 
sory i mean for win98..... coz some of my program which had been protected can be open by that stupid window icon on the keyboard. Anyone??
