When I install the Windows XP Service pack, will it get rid of all these in the Add/Remove menu?

Well catch is right that those r supposed to be there. However with that said when u install the SP there is a very good chance that they will be replaced so they will not show up under add/remove programs but u still should have them but u will not be able to see them in add/remove programs
