HOSTS file to block ads (got a good one??)

Anyone have a good hosts file they are using to block ads from popping up?

I have a host file but i think its to cluttered with obselete ad companies in it and might be to big.

Anyone know what a decent hosts file size should be?

Ofhand is there an optimal size for it to work the best (ie. below 500 kb etc...)
