I just got a new Canon F50 Multifunction Machine and I am getting horizontal banding in my scans. If I use the copy function I don't get this banding..
Scan -> Computer Software program = Bands
Scan directly to print -> No bands
So it's not the actual scan thats giving me this banding.. I hope this is clear.. It's the transfer to the computer that is giving me the banding-shearing.
It is hooked up to a parralel port.. I searched the web to no avail and canon customer service was stumped.. Any Ideas ?
