Homepage apps

ok, i dont know much about programming, so i wanted to hear if you guys know of a good homepage app that are easy to use, that actually can make good graphical sites?

Of course it depends on how good you are :

To start with Xara Webstyle Pro is very good, is a complete easy to do package

or just for Graphics

i would reccomend photoshop , it really depends how much you want to spend, there are a l;ot of good free ones around , ill have a look later for you
