1st have you spelt this file correctly it should be hiberfi.sys and is the file required when you put the pc into hibernation.
If you don't. For deletion of hiberfil.sys you should first go to
Start/settings/Control Pannel-Power Options
Then on page Hibernate uncheck the checkbox "Enable hibernate support" Otherwise the operating system will not allow deletion of the hiberfil.sys
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
