High Pitch ringing on ev700 monitor help

I have a gateway EV700 and it will keep on making a high pitched ringing noised that goes on and off. My screen refresh rate is at 85 hertz and im set to 32 bit color quality if that might have anything to do with it. If somebody could tell me how to stop that high pitch ringing it would help me out a lot.

Usually changing the refresh rate will fix the problem.
