High heels 'may improve sex life'

Wearing higher heels - although perhaps not stilettos - may improve your pelvic floor muscles and in doing so boost your sex life, a study suggests. An Italian urologist and self-professed lover of the sexy shoe set out to prove that high heels were not as bad for women's health as some suggest.
The shoe has been linked to a range of problems - from corns to schizophrenia.
But in a letter to European Urology, Dr Maria Cerruto said her research showed it was time to stand up for the heel.
She said her study of 66 women under 50 found that those who held their foot at a 15 degree angle to the ground - the equivalent of a two inch heel - had as good posture as those who wore flat shoes, and crucially showed less electrical activity in their pelvic muscles.
This suggested the muscles were at an optimum position, which could well improve their strength and ability to contract.

Now, that we've sorted out the female gender's sex life (which honestly, I didn't ever think was in much jeopardy) ... how does this help you?

they're not in my closet, silly boy, they're on my feet, where they belong.

that's why i was asking whose sex life you're focusing on :p
 
I can't even wear a 2" heel cause they kill me, oh and I don't need them ;)
 
I can vouch for plain shoes working just fine for women, or barefeet for that matter :D
 
I think the following will improve a females sex life;

1) high heals as the op posted

2) low cut blouse, as this improves breathing and cooling functionality of the cardio vascular system

3) very high skirt, for cooling purposes, this will also improve cardio vascular activity since the heart will need to work harder to keep legs cool

4) thong...preferably in conjunction with 3)

errr...I am sure there are muscles that get more exercise when wearing a thong then when not

there, now maybe I can get published with my ground breaking claims as well as the author in the article at the top of this thread
