I don't know if this has been posted before, or if anyone cares. But I found this little feature the other day and decided to share it. Comment if you wish.

Run task manager
Click "Performance' tab
Double click on the 'CPU Usage' or 'PF Usage' graph (not *History)

You can resize these windows to your liking. Useless, but what the heck.

Enjoy.

*pats himself on the back, I taught perris something!*
*smirk*

actually, it works in any tab, simply double click in the empty space of any tab and poof. nifty.

Yar, knew it, it's one of them things ya stumble across when fiddlin' about :)

It even has a name. It is called 'Tiny footprint mode'. See Microsoft KB Q193050 .
You can switch between the tabs using the arrow keys.
Every now and then there is a thread in forums which usually starts with "Help, my taskmanager is damaged.." or something like that.

Yeah, someone had come into the IRC channel some days ago, panicking about not being able to see menus in Task Manager.

I just told him to double click the grey area . He was shocked. :D

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
